Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days once items are available for shipment.

Please note that some products, including our limited-edition apparel, are offered as preorder items. Estimated shipping timelines for preorder products are listed on each product page. We will do our best to keep customers updated should those timelines change.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, items may ship separately.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Preorder Items

Many of our apparel items are produced in limited quantities and printed specifically for each preorder run.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that:

  • Production begins after the preorder period closes.
  • Shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change.
  • Preorder items may take several weeks to arrive after the preorder window closes.

We appreciate your patience and support.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.

Because many of our products are limited-edition or made-to-order items, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
